OOTD is a place to post an outfit, have it judged against other outfits, and meet people whose taste in clothes matches yours. Faces are covered on your phone before anything is uploaded, so people are judged by what they wore and not by how they look.
These terms are an agreement between you and the independent developer who runs OOTD, reachable at rrhlrmrr@gmail.com. Using the app means you accept them.
You must be 16 or older. Matching is closed to anyone under 18, and the app enforces this from the date of birth on your profile. Giving a false date of birth is a breach of these terms.
One person, one account. Do not let anyone else use yours.
You keep ownership of your photos. By posting, you give us permission to store, resize, and show them inside OOTD so the service can work. That permission ends when you delete the post or your account, except for copies already held in routine backups, which age out on their own.
Every photo is checked by machine before it goes live. A post that still shows a face is held for a person to look at. A post that looks sexual or violent is hidden. Anyone can report a post, and we will look at reports within a reasonable time.
We can hide a post, suspend an account, or close one for breaking these rules. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a way to answer. For a serious or repeated breach we may act first and explain after.
Outfits are shown two at a time and you pick one. Those picks move a rating up or down. A score belongs to an outfit, not to a person. It is a game about clothes and it says nothing about anyone's worth.
Do not try to move scores artificially — no second accounts, no scripts, no trading votes. We can reset a score we believe was manipulated.
If two people like each other's outfits, they match. OOTD has no chat and no calls. Instead you both see the contact handles the other chose to publish, and you take it from there.
That means conversations happen on someone else's service, under someone else's rules. We cannot see them, moderate them, or help with them. Share a handle only if you are comfortable being reached on it, and change it in your profile whenever you like.
Meeting someone you met here is your decision and your risk. Use the sense you would use with any stranger.
OOTD is free. Premium is an optional subscription that shows you who liked your outfits, gives you super likes, and breaks down your scores. A boost is a one-off purchase that puts your outfits first in head-to-heads for 24 hours.
Delete your account from your profile at any time. Your photos and your account go. An active subscription does not cancel itself when you delete the account — cancel it in the store as well, or it keeps billing.
We may close an account that breaks these terms, or stop the service entirely with reasonable notice.
We work to keep the face covering reliable, and it runs twice — once on your phone and once on our server. No detector is perfect. We cannot promise that a face will never slip through, and you should look at the preview before you post.
Other than that, the service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, and we do not promise you will match with anyone.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for anything that happens between you and another member off the service, or for lost data beyond what we can restore from backup. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be taken away.
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Carrying on using OOTD after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the Seoul Central District Court. If you are a consumer somewhere else, you keep any right you have to bring a claim in your own country.

OOTD 는 자기 옷차림을 올리고 다른 옷차림과 견주어 평가받고 옷 취향이 맞는 사람을 만나는 곳입니다. 올리기 전에 휴대폰 안에서 얼굴을 가리기 때문에, 사람들은 얼굴이 아니라 무엇을 입었는지로 평가받습니다.
이 약관은 이용자와 OOTD 를 운영하는 개인 개발자(rrhlrmrr@gmail.com) 사이의 계약입니다. 앱을 쓰시면 약관에 동의하신 것입니다.
만 16세 이상이어야 합니다. 매칭은 만 18세 미만에게 열리지 않으며, 앱이 프로필의 생년월일로 막습니다. 생년월일을 거짓으로 적는 것은 약관 위반입니다.
한 사람이 한 계정만 씁니다. 남에게 계정을 빌려주지 마십시오.
사진의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 올리시면 저희가 그 사진을 저장하고 크기를 바꾸고 OOTD 안에서 보여 줄 수 있게 허락하시는 것입니다. 서비스를 돌리는 데 필요한 범위입니다. 게시물이나 계정을 지우면 이 허락도 끝납니다. 정기 백업에 남은 사본은 보관 주기가 지나면 스스로 사라집니다.
모든 사진은 올라가기 전에 기계 검사를 거칩니다. 얼굴이 남아 있으면 사람이 볼 때까지 붙잡아 둡니다. 성적이거나 폭력적으로 보이면 숨깁니다. 누구든 신고할 수 있고 저희는 적절한 기간 안에 살펴봅니다.
약관을 어기면 게시물을 숨기거나 계정을 정지하거나 닫을 수 있습니다. 가능한 한 이유를 알리고 소명할 자리를 드립니다. 위반이 중하거나 되풀이되면 먼저 조치하고 나중에 설명할 수 있습니다.
옷차림을 두 벌씩 보여 드리고 한쪽을 고르시게 합니다. 그 선택이 점수를 올리고 내립니다. 점수는 옷차림에 붙는 것이지 사람에게 붙는 것이 아닙니다. 옷을 두고 하는 놀이이고 누구의 가치도 말하지 않습니다.
점수를 인위로 올리지 마십시오. 부계정, 스크립트, 표 주고받기 모두 안 됩니다. 조작으로 보이는 점수는 되돌릴 수 있습니다.
두 사람이 서로의 옷차림에 좋아요를 누르면 매칭됩니다. OOTD 안에는 채팅도 통화도 없습니다. 대신 서로가 공개하기로 고른 연락처를 보게 되고, 그다음은 두 분 몫입니다.
그 말은 대화가 다른 회사의 서비스에서 그 회사의 규칙 아래 이뤄진다는 뜻입니다. 저희는 그 대화를 볼 수도, 관리할 수도, 도울 수도 없습니다. 그 경로로 연락받아도 괜찮은 연락처만 적으시고, 프로필에서 언제든 바꾸실 수 있습니다.
여기서 만난 사람을 실제로 만나는 것은 본인의 결정이고 본인의 위험입니다. 처음 보는 사람을 대할 때의 분별을 그대로 지키십시오.
OOTD 는 무료입니다. 프리미엄은 선택 구독으로, 내 옷차림을 좋아한 사람을 보여 주고 슈퍼 라이크를 주고 점수를 자세히 풀어 줍니다. 부스트는 한 번 사는 상품으로, 24시간 동안 내 옷차림을 대결에 먼저 내보냅니다.
프로필에서 언제든 계정을 지우실 수 있습니다. 사진과 계정이 지워집니다. 계정을 지워도 구독은 저절로 해지되지 않습니다. 스토어에서 따로 해지하지 않으면 계속 청구됩니다.
약관을 어긴 계정은 저희가 닫을 수 있고, 합리적인 예고를 거쳐 서비스를 아예 접을 수도 있습니다.
얼굴 가림이 어긋나지 않도록 공을 들이고 있고, 검사는 두 번 돕니다. 휴대폰에서 한 번, 서버에서 한 번. 완벽한 검출기는 없습니다. 얼굴이 절대 새지 않는다고 약속할 수는 없으니 올리기 전에 미리보기를 확인해 주십시오.
그 밖에는 서비스를 있는 그대로 제공합니다. 끊기지 않는다거나 결함이 없다고 약속하지 않으며, 누군가와 매칭된다고 약속하지도 않습니다.
법이 허용하는 범위에서, 간접손해와 특별손해, 서비스 밖에서 이용자들 사이에 벌어진 일, 백업으로 되돌릴 수 있는 범위를 넘는 데이터 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 책임을 배제할 수 없는 경우 배상은 청구 직전 12개월 동안 저희에게 지불하신 금액을 넘지 않습니다. 사망과 신체 상해와 사기에 대한 책임은 제한하지 않으며, 소비자로서 포기할 수 없는 권리를 빼앗지 않습니다.
약관을 고칠 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 앱에서 알려 드립니다. 그 뒤에도 계속 쓰시면 새 약관에 동의하신 것입니다. 동의하지 않으시면 계정을 지우십시오.
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르고, 분쟁은 서울중앙지방법원에서 다룹니다. 다른 나라의 소비자라면 자기 나라에서 소를 제기할 권리를 그대로 가지십니다.
